the room was decent, but the breakfast, oh dear! the cold cuts in a picnic basket just don’t cut it for me, and I could have really used a Keurig instead of that horrid instant coffee. also, I expected some sort of complimentary gesture for all my inconveniences, but I guess that’s just too much to ask here.
